Below you will find the parameters of your membership to The Shifting Space. This is our shared agreement and includes the cancellation policy. The terms and conditions refer and apply to Unseen Hands Healing Arts Collective, LLC. (doing business as Unseen Hands Tarot) (“Unseen Hands Tarot,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) the website www.unseenhandstarot.com and all pages contained therein, and, owner, Amanda M. Holston. Unseen Hands Tarot has the right to make modifications to these Terms & Conditions at any time and agrees to notify members of these changes. Unseen Hands Tarot has the right to enforce this Terms & Conditions agreement, resulting in the termination of your membership, if you are in breach of the agreed upon terms listed below. Content & Technology
To access the membership content and its associated spaces, such as Discord, you must be 18 years of age or older.
You are entering The Shifting Space Membership. All content offered in The Shifting Space is subject to change and may or may not be available moving forward in the membership. While the goal is to create content and services free of errors, Unseen Hands Tarot cannot guarantee that the content, information, and services provided, including websites and other technology, are accurate, complete, or reliable. Unseen Hands Tarot is not liable for any inaccuracy or unreliability in the content or services. Unseen Hands Tarot will not be held liable for any interruption in services, such as websites, in the event of technological failure. Changes may be made on the website and its associated spaces (including social media) at any time, without notice.
Intellectual Property
The content on UnseenHandsTarot.com, Unseen Hands Tarot YouTube Channel, and Unseen Hands Tarot Instagram, and any other social media and associated spaces created by Unseen Hands Tarot, contain intellectual property owned by Unseen Hands Tarot, Unseen Hands Healing Arts Collective LLC, and Amanda M. Holston. As a member of this site, you will respect paid content that is not yours to share with non-paying members, by keeping said content private and contained within the membership space.
This includes sharing unlisted or private YouTube video links, Members-only website pages or Discord access, with non-members. You agree not to sell, resell, reproduce, duplicate, copy any portion of this Website, the Service provided, or access to the Service and Products, without express written permission by us. Violation of our intellectual property may, minimally, result in the termination of your membership, and any additional services provided, without refund. Violation of the intellectual property of Unseen Hands Tarot or Amanda M. Holston is grounds for legal action. In the event of legal proceedings, the prevailing party will be held responsible for any fees incurred through the process of legal action.
You are welcome to share clips, screen captures, and images of materials on social media with proper credit (@unseenhandstarot). Unseen Hands Tarot agrees to ask for your written consent to include testimonials, pictures, comments posted due to participation in The Shifting Space that you share online in marketing and advertising endeavors.
Account Creation
When accessing your membership content and associated spaces, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, payment and other personal information. You agree that any information you give to Unseen Hands Tarot will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You agree to create accounts on this website for no one but yourself. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Right to Refusal
Unseen Hands Tarot reserves the right to refuse service or product to anyone without disclosing a reason. No services will be honored by us until payment is processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
Payment, Cancellations & Refunds
You agree to pay the rate of any Unseen Hands Tarot service that you sign up for and choose to receive, be it on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly payment schedule, per the terms of that particular service. You agree to pay on time and keep any payment methods linked with your account active and up-to-date. Note that prices are subject to change at any time and Unseen Hands Tarot may do so without notice, as long as ongoing service agreements are honored at the previously agreed-upon price. In the event of failed payment, you will be notified. If failure to pay continues after notification, your services will be terminated.
There are no refunds for memberships, services, or other offerings. If you wish to cancel your membership or service, please do so before your next payment and your account will be removed. At that time your access to all membership content and associated spaces and services will be removed. If you cancel your membership, you may not be able to rejoin at your previous rate. You will need to rejoin at the current price. This applies especially to Original Members who joined during the Beta phase of The Shifting Space membership in April 2022: your rate will remain at $33.00 per month as long as you are a continuous member in good standing. If you cancel your membership, you will not be eligible to keep your Original Member Rate if you choose to rejoin.
You agree that you will not dispute any charges for Unseen Hands Tarot products and services at any time. In the event that you inadvertently dispute a charge made to your account in connection with a purchase made through this website, you agree to immediately cancel/withdraw the dispute. Disputing a charge through your financial institution is a violation of this Agreement. You are responsible for any fees, including legal fees, associated with the recovery of payment.
Liability
In accordance with the law in several countries, know that all tarot readings, content, & services given here are for entertainment purposes only and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. All opinions, thoughts, advice, suggestions offered here are subjective and must be taken as such. You agree to accept full responsibility for your life choices and acknowledge that neither Amanda M. Holston nor Unseen Hands Tarot holds responsibility for any choices you make in connection with the content and services provided. You acknowledge that Unseen Hands Tarot encourages you to seek a health professional for emotional and/or physical concerns, and does not promote tarot readings or any other content created by Unseen Hands Tarot as replacement for professional medical or emotional care/advice/services.
You agree that under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or any other damages arising out of your use of the site or service.
